1) My Trouble Light is ON

To determine the system problem, please press * then 2 while the trouble light is on. This will cause the trouble light to flash and one or more other lights to illuminate, depending on the light(s) that illuminate, the system has the following trouble conditions:

Light 1 = Low Backup Battery. Wait a few hours to see if the trouble light goes out. If not then your backup battery needs to be replaced.

Light 2 = Lack of household electricity to the alarm control unit. Please check all your fuses/circuit breakers.

Light 3 = A fuse has been blown in the alarm control unit.

Light 4 = Telephone problems. Please notify us.

Light 5 = Telephone problems. Please notify us.

Light 6 = The alarm system has lost its internal time. Please press # to clear. After you have reviewed the trouble condition, press # to see if the trouble clears.
